German Potato Salad (From Karen DeChellis)
 
8 to 10 potatoes-- 1 small onion, diced-- 2 stalks celery, diced-- 2 to 3 oz. crumbled, cooked bacon bits-- 1/4 Cup vinegar-- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil-- 1 Tsp. sugar

Boil potatoes, let cool, peel and dice. Heat small amount of oil in small saucepan and cook onion and celery until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except potatoes, to saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
